I had a rather disappointing experience at Hotel Radel Bogotá during my week-long business trip. While the location is quite central with easy access to taxis and local eateries, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the room was a letdown with cleanliness issues and a lack of security features. To add to my frustration, I experienced theft during my stay, and the staff was unhelpful when I reported it.
