I had a rather disappointing experience at Hotel Radel Bogotá during my week-long business trip. While the location is quite central with easy access to taxis and local eateries, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the room was a letdown with cleanliness issues and a lack of security features. To add to my frustration, I experienced theft during my stay, and the staff was unhelpful when I reported it.

I stayed at Hotel Radel Bogotá for a week during a business trip. While it’s centrally located with plenty of dining options nearby—particularly loved Los Hornitos for pastries—the negatives really piled up. The rooms were smaller than expected and not very clean, and I had some concerning issues with safety, as well as missing money and cosmetics during my stay. The overall experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for peace of mind.
